Families in need would leave a comment on your Facebook post and queue for it. You can then choose one family that you would like to give your furniture to and contact them to make the necessary arrangements for collection/delivery.
NOTE: Families who queue for items are strongly recommended to state their family situation to help donors decide who they want to give their furniture to.
When you have a piece of furniture that you'll like to give away, create a post inside Shareniture's Giving Community of the item with the following details:
- actual photo
- dimensions
- location for collection
- date of collection
- mode of collection
(self-collect/sponsored delivery)

Once you have selected a family, contact them to arrange for the collection of the furniture. There are 3 main modes of collection:
i) Self-Collection
The family who gets selected has to make their own arrangements to collect the furniture from you.
ii) Sponsored Delivery
You provide free delivery to the family without any extra charge to them. This can be done personally or through an external delivery driver.
iii) Seek Help from Shareniture
If both parties are unable to make arrangements, you can contact the Shareniture team and we would help to ensure that the furniture gets delivered to the family safely and efficiently.
4) SUCCESS
When the family has successfully received the furniture, they would confirm the delivery with you and the Shareniture team!
You have just given your furniture a new lease of life, and helped a family in need.
TAKE NOTE!
Priority would be given to the needy, single parents, families with many children, low-income families, those physically-challenged and those with long-term mental/emotional challenges.
However, it is up to the donor to select which family they would like to give their furniture to.
